Directions: Take 20 drops directly twice per day, once in the morning and once in the evening on an empty stomach. Drink 8-10 cups of water while using this product. Do not use during menstruation.
Ingredients: vegetable glycerine, cinnamomum verum, taraxacum, crataegus, citrus reticulata, zingiber officianle, paeonia, glycyrrhiza glabra, piper nigrum, arcticum, salix alba, commiphora myrrha.

Thank GOD they changed the formula! The taste is much better and it's easier to take. Only had it for a week and I already notice a difference in my body, I think this one is better for pain than the last one. The jury is still out on my other symptoms, but I will provide a 30 day update soon.
